Coconut Lime Steak Bites
- 1 lb ka-bob meat (diced smaller if desired)
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 bell pepper (garnish)
- 1 sprig rosemary (garnish)
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- Combine the coconut aminos, avocado, lime juice & garlic.
- Add in ka-bob meat. Marinate for 2 hours.
- In a cast iron pan heat butter, ghee or avocado oil.
- Add ka-bob meat and cook to your liking.
- Garish with bell pepper and rosemary.
