1-2 tbsp. Avocado oil
1-2 Cloves chopped garlic
1/2 Red bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 Yellow pepper cut into strips
1 Small onion cut into strips
1 Roma tomato quartered
2 tbsp. Fajita seasoning
Juice of one lime
Step 1 – Sauté Veggies
Heat oil and garlic over medium heat. Sauté peppers and onions in oil until tender. Remove from pan.
Step 2 – Sauté Meat and Season
Sauté meat until medium rare. Add peppers & onions back in. Add tomatoes, fajita seasoning and juice of one lime. Cook approx. 2-3 more minutes until seasoning coats meat and veggies.
Step 3 – Make your Fajita!
Warm tortilla shells and spoon in a serving of fajita mixture. Top with cilantro and your choice of fixings.
