Gluten-Free Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion – diced
1 cup gluten free old fashioned oats
salt
pepper
garlic powder
3 raw SCCC pasture-laid eggs
1 cup primal kitchen ketchup
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together (season to taste) and place into an 8in loaf pan.
Top with 1 cup primal kitchen ketchup.
*Optional: mix ketchup with 2 tbsp. sweetener
Bake @ 350 for 1hr.
