Lemon Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 scoop Wellmade Restorative Fortify
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut or almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt
  • zest of a lemon
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend, using the tamper to push down cauliflower until all ingredients are smooth and resemble soft-serve ice cream.
    If you would like this is smoothie form opposed to in a bowl, add more milk and cut down on the cauliflower a little bit.
    Top with granola and bee pollen if desired.
